Tonite I did Tamilee Webb Weight Loss Walk. It is kind of Sansoneish, it has a choice of 1, 2 or 3 mile walk. I did the 3 mile because I wanted to burn a smidge extra fat and I also wanted to get this video crossed off my virgins to be done list. I think I am the only one on the planet that gets mixed up on a walking workout, LOL. The first mile is just feet only, the second mile is feet with arms and the 3rd mile is feet with light weights, she said to not use heavier than 2 lbs. but I used my 3's and it was still light for me. On mile two I started to show my total uncoordination. I was getting all mixed up, my weight seem to want to go the same direction my arms go, no matter if they are supposed to or not. Oh well, it was kinda fun as long as I didn't worry about getting all the steps and arms movements perfect. If I was gonna do it again, I'm sure I would get it right, but it's now going back on the shelf for a very long time. Thank God tomorrow is Friday. I am taking a rest day tomorrow.
