I did the 25 min express version (the longer one is 45 min.. may try tomorrow). overall great workout... moves fast with combo moves. If you have back issues they do dead lifts and bent forward rows which could be an issue but it fit my bill perfectly. It was nice change from Slim in 6 which moves at a slower pace... hope to get pilates in tonightjudy
