Guest guest Posted September 12, 2011 Report Share Posted September 12, 2011 I did the 25 min express version (the longer one is 45 min.. may try tomorrow). overall great workout... moves fast with combo moves. If you have back issues they do dead lifts and bent forward rows which could be an issue but it fit my bill perfectly.
