Guest guest
I'll be willing to bet you it's adrenal fatigue. It sounds like adrenal fatigue to me. When I have it, I do not sleep soundly and wake anywhere from once every half hour to once every two hours. I have in the past had lots of trouble going back to sleep or getting to sleep even using meditation and drugs. Noises will bother me and my mind can be racing. You look definitely undermedicated and so that points even more to adrenal fatigue. Try an Isocort or nutri+meds glandular when you have one of these nights. You may need one twice in the night. If it gets bad enough, you can become a total insomniac - been there, done that. Tish
Guest guest
How do you know if you 'have it'? Does it just come and go? I have had trouble sleep for as long as I can remember.....just how I live now (not that I enjoy it or anything). Guest guest
Is this the Estrogel you are using? How many times a day do you use it and when? Re: sleep disturbances My sleep problems are GONE now that I am using Estrogen gel. I didn't even realize it but it was night sweats and hot flashes that were waking and keeping me up. Also alot of my heat intolerance seems to be gone now! Artistic Grooming Hurricane, West Virginia
Guest guest
It is Oestrogel and i use it only about a quarter sized dab about 5 days on then three days off. More than that & I get really tender breasts, which i just don;t need! LOL I am also using progesterone cream as well as Pregnenolone. I had used the Progesterone creams for about 5 years since I quit using Premarin. It had worked for a while to keep the leaky bladder from returning, but the heat intolerance mostly was due to low estrogen as it is gone now. I am sleeping through the night, except for a quick potty once a night after several years of 5-6 times a night getting up for 15 minutes or more at a time. I was having to go to bed much earlier than I do now just to get enough sleep and I wa tired form it being broken sleep.
