Guest guest Posted June 15, 2011 Report Share Posted June 15, 2011 Today's workout was shoulders, as every other upper body part is wiped out and I have the ever dreaded Leg Day with Noel tomorrow at 5:15. Here is what I did and what I used, three sets of 10 reps each exercise: Military Press:10's to warm up, then 12's, then 15'sLateral Raises:10's, 10's, then 8'sUpright Rows:35 lb kettlebell, then 20 lb bell, 20 lb bell Kettlebell Clean and Presses:20 lb bell, then 15, 15100 Abs:20 human X's on one side, then the other20 regular crunches20 heels to ceiling, 20 toe touches20 full bicycles There was some time left over so I joined in the cardio room on the eliptical and did 15 minutes of incline level 13 and resistance level 13.Now that my entire upper body is DOM ridden, I get to complement it all with endless squats and hamstrings tomorrow with Noel.
