Guest guest
I've always wondered about this workout...yeah, maybe for a recovery workout. Thanks for the review,VennittaSerendipity rewards those who are prepared ok, so i did tony and the folks. tony starts out serious but, as expected, he gets silly quite soon. there was one point in the workout where i just stood there and LMFAO! he has a female sidekick with him (judy) and a group of seniors. also, as expected, he called these people 'the kids'... what a guy. one of the male backgrounders jokes around with tony. the workout would be good to do on a recovery day when im full of doms. lots of stretching and things like squats and upper body weights but only about 10 reps. judy does a set of ab crunches while sort of half sitting/laying down in a chair. the seniors hang onto the back of the chair while doing leg lifts and ankle rotations, etc. there are breaks for them to have water and rest during the workout. i dont really know why i did this one... kind of a waste of time... but it was entertaining. around 35 mins. :*carolyn.
