Well I said I would update you, I didn't try the stuff today with food as I am still not feeling good from yesterday! I may have a flu, but it would have to be a weird one as I have no fever. Just intestinal today.. OMG just as bad coming out as it was in the stomach yesterday. I may have to rethink my desire to test this stuff with food and just return it. I don't think I am that brave!

I would just back away from that pill bottle very slowly....
