Guest guest Posted August 13, 2011 Report Share Posted August 13, 2011 Hi all, this morning I did Amy Bento Kettlebell Dynamics, workout 2. I don't have any double bells yet (although I just ordered more to make doubles this morning on powersystems free shipping special) so I just used a single 20 lb. bell. I cannot do pushups on the bells so I did regular pushups on the floor instead and I can't do the levitations, I doubt I will ever be able to do those. After that I did powerhouse pilates workout with Jillian Hessel, this one was kinda easy, but I do like the stretching stuff. Off to eat breakfast now, not sure what I'm having, probably fat free cottage cheese and fruit. Then I have to do laundry and dishes. Have a great day all.
