RKS workout 12

Hi all, today I did RKS workout 12 which consists of the following:

Reinhardt Kettlebell System Workout 12Warm up 4:00Workout 16:14Cool down 4:5410 push ups-I did the first set (10) on my toes, the rest on my knees20 right hand swings-20 lb. bell5 rack squats per side-20 lb bell20 left hand swings-20 lb. bell5 rows per side-20 lb. bell20 two hand swings-25 lb. bellComplete as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes-I lost count so I can't remember exactly, but I think I completed 3 rounds and did the push ups and some two handed swings on the fourth round. I didn't want to do the one handed because the clock was running out and I knew I wouldn't finish both sides.

I will be leaving on vacation tomorrow, I will be gone about 10 days, I will be in a tent with no electricity so I will be going no mail sometime this evening after I get home from work. I will be back around July 10th or 11th, but I may need a few days to recuperate from vacation so I don't know when I will go back on mail. I am going to try to take my portable DVD player and the last few RKS DVDs that I need to complete with a kettlebell, I need to decide which one to take, we will be extremely limited on space. I am taking my notebook so that I can log my food and my exercise and update all my stuff when I get back.
