Guest guest
"PLEASE stop worrying about your body temperature. It is NOT an important measure of thyroid health." This is what the last endo told me...what is your take on it? My temp can range from 96.4/97/98 sometimes 98.6 in a day. -e-
Guest guest
Your body temperature IS a realistic reflection of your body's metabolic rate. It has everything to do with your thyroid function. Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV
Guest guest
Now I AM thinking adrenal fatigue! This is about a sure sign because the temp usually doesn't hold steady at a low temp, rather it is up down and all over the place. This is usually specific to that. Guest guest
Beyond basic diagnosis, they don't have a clue about Type II diabetes, either. They completely miss the stress/cortisol relationship with blood glucose. T wrote: Truthfully, I think MOST endos have no clue about thyroid function. Guest guest
Isn't that the truth? When I went to see Dr. Schwartz (San ), I did not realize his specialty was diabetes until he said that some of my symptoms did not exist. How does a symptom not exist? Anyway, turns out one of my best friends went to him years ago as a child for diabetes, and he was fabulous. So, there you go. Courtenay. Truthfully, I think MOST endos have no clue about thyroid function. There is no money in treating hypothyroid patients. Now get Diabetes, and there ya go! They'll fix you right up.
