Guest guest Posted August 12, 2011 Report Share Posted August 12, 2011 Hi Everyone, I went on my long walk today w my friend -a bit over 2 hours - since it is cooler and less humid we covered the same distance in less time. I didn't do anything else today - I have been in a bit of a workout slump. I'm off for a couple of days to the beach and I'm not bringing DVDs or anything w/ me - just going to walk and do "whatever". I plan to get back to exercising "formally" on Thursday when we're back in town. I'm going to do a hodge-podge of whatever for about a week and then start the Slim workouts w/ Judy and Teena!!
