Guest guest Posted June 22, 2011 Report Share Posted June 22, 2011 Hi Everyone, Today was supposed to be 10lb slimdown total body - but it is gone from exerciseTV(at least I think it is, I didn't actually check!) so I sub'd in Amy Dixon's Ultimate Fat Burn which is a circuit-style total body workout. It isn't really "heavy" on the strength training but sort of fit the bill for today (I was feeling a bit low on energy and had a headache - I think it is work stress) - the important thing is I worked out and moved! I did enjoy the workout and I like Amy. I have another of her workouts and now I'm off to Collage to see more of her offerings!
