I have all these great short workouts so now I am using them!!!This is VERY similar to turbo type workout with bursts of intensity followed by recovery. Nice quick workout but prefer chalene...and it has little stretching..Followed this by my green smoothie (international green smoothie day today :)and then 40 min dog walk... off to do a quick private training lesson with dogs and then work til 11pm...hope to get some stretching in tonightjudy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
