Guest guest Posted August 15, 2011 Report Share Posted August 15, 2011 Instead of my walk this morning, I decided I wanted to challenge myself w/ a step workout. Originally I was thinking an easier one, but then I wanted fun. It's hard to find a 'fun' easy one, so I decided to just go fun and see what I could do. Well, amazingly, I pretty-much did it all! I had to modify little to none. Like on the quick feet, I stayed on one side of the step, but still did them. I started off w/ wearing my shoes, but my feet were killing me. I took them off after the warm-up, which helped a bit, but not enough. My feet were definitely the most uncomfortable. My belly handled it fine, and so did my heart  Darn feet. (they are still throbbing). I finished up and shut my HRM off at 33 minutes (first 2 combos). I burned a nice 343 calories with my average at 127.
