Guest guest Posted July 21, 2011 Report Share Posted July 21, 2011 I knew that Shape Transforming DVD sounded familiar, I have that DVD and have done it at least a couple of times, was thinking about it the other day and almost did it but the 30 minutes weren't what I wanted time-wise. I really like that one. My only problem with it is there is a lot of stupid whooping from the two that aren't leading. I have to do it on a day that I'm not easily irritated! :-) You're starting to make me think about my dust bunnies now! Today turned out to be MUCH busier than I'd planned so I haven't worked out yet but will this evening. Since I'll be short on time I'll probably do one of the 10 Pound Slimdown workouts! Will report when I do! Thurs - Shape and Margaret Hi Everyone!For today, I did a dust bunny - Shape's Bikini Camp "Transforming" DVD - just the cardio (there are 3 30 min workouts on this DVD - one is cardio, one is strength and one is a mix of everything). This DVD is lead by Wheeler, Dozois and York - I like all of them! The cardio is lead by and is an interval style workout - athletic choreography, nothing strange but a good sweat in 30 minutes. Afterwards, I finished up the Lower Body Sculpture tape that I have from Margaret . We did squats, hamstring/glute presses (w/ your feet on a chair) and some hamstring/glute work on all fours. High rep! Abs were up on MR's tape but I didn't do them b/c I really don't enjoy crunches. So, I popped in another dust bunny that was actually in my trade pile - Shape's Bikini Ready Cardio - this one has 5 10 min dancier routines and 1 bonus routine that is yoga/Pilates inspired - I did the yoga/Pilates blend and I enjoyed it!! Wheeler lead it. I may pull this one out of the trade pile and perhaps try to focus on learning the dancier routines. I like Dozois and Wheeler and they co-lead this one. I figure maybe I can do one of the routines every now and then as a warm-up?? Just so I can learn them. I picked this up at Ross ages ago for a bargain price. Anyway, all these dust bunnies got me thinking about how I really, really dont need any new workouts for a good long time. I know I will eventually cave and get Ellen's new workout and probably Kari's Floor Barre (or whatever it is called!) And, I do have a sudden compulsive urge to collect all of the Coffey-Meyer workouts...but....
