Today's Sweat Shop workout started out fun:latpull down machine:  3 x 10  45 lbssingle arm rows, 3 x 10   25 lb dumbell chest press machine 3 x 10  50 lbschest flys: 3 x 10   20lb dumbells, then 15's

My arms shook just now when retrieving my soup from the microwave, so I know I did something right!I wanted to get a half hour of cardio in but darn it if the recumbent bike was broken.  I tried turning it on and off but to no avail (it was plugged in).  I went to the treadmill and ran at 5.6 speed at a 2% incline and had to stop after 10 minutes.  I was UNBELIEVABLY bored out of my gourd!  The 10 miles I did in the pouring rain on Sunday was easier than 10 minutes of sheer boredom on this machine! 

Tomorrow I'll run outside around the Esplanade, rain or shine.Adieu,

Hugs!   I hope to do a dance workout tonite at Studio LouLou, we'll see.  I'm not feeling too motivated today!

 

Your weights are fantastic ! I'm with you on the boredom on the treadmill. I usually can't do it unless I'm watching something interesting on TV!

I hear ya. It has gotten really late on me and we just finished dinner so I might do a 1 miler with later and that's it. I gotta get my sticker so I gotta do SOMETHING but not till my food settles a bit!
