Guest guest
Today's Sweat Shop workout started out fun:latpull down machine: 3 x 10 45 lbssingle arm rows, 3 x 10 25 lb dumbell chest press machine 3 x 10 50 lbschest flys: 3 x 10 20lb dumbells, then 15's My arms shook just now when retrieving my soup from the microwave, so I know I did something right!I wanted to get a half hour of cardio in but darn it if the recumbent bike was broken. I tried turning it on and off but to no avail (it was plugged in). I went to the treadmill and ran at 5.6 speed at a 2% incline and had to stop after 10 minutes. I was UNBELIEVABLY bored out of my gourd! The 10 miles I did in the pouring rain on Sunday was easier than 10 minutes of sheer boredom on this machine! Tomorrow I'll run outside around the Esplanade, rain or shine.Adieu,

Guest guest
Nice work at the Sweat Shop! Sorry about the tmill! Maybe CardioCoach or iTread would help next time you think you want to try the tmill? I know you hate it, but it was just a thought. The treadmill is my good friend.
