Nice job with the weights, the run in the rain, and the food temptations!

Woo-hoo! Sorry to hear your Noel session are ending again, but it sounds like

you have a good plan worked out!

Looking forward to reading about which videos you choose for your parts

workouts, too! I'll probably be doing something similar once I tire of the dvd

I'm using at the moment. I did the 30 min version of Cathe's Gym Style Chest &

Triceps a few weeks back and really liked what was packed into the shortened

workout. :)

Hi ,

Oh, using STS as a parts workout is a great idea! I'm sure it's well chaptered.

I have a list of the exercises, so I need to check them out to see what

parts/pieces I might like to use to make a short workout. I could do lat

pulldowns for the pull ups - :love: lat pulldowns! :-D Heck, I might even

piece out some P90X workouts - with Tony muted, of course!! ;)

DEFINITELY MUTED!   and Supreme 90 Day is also a great parts series <lightbulb turns on> hmmmm...

Aw, you guys are so mean to Tony!! I should do one of his workouts, with the sound on, just to make him feel better! (But not tonight!)

I was really thinking I should do my S90 workouts - maybe the 30 day rotation that Carolyn posted b/c I'm not sure I would want to do 90 days....
