Sorry to hear your Noel session are ending again, but it sounds like you have a good plan worked out! Looking forward to reading about which videos you choose for your parts workouts, too! I'll probably be doing something similar once I tire of the dvd I'm using at the moment. I did the 30 min version of Cathe's Gym Style Chest & Triceps a few weeks back and really liked what was packed into the shortened workout. I have a list of the exercises, so I need to check them out to see what parts/pieces I might like to use to make a short workout. I could do lat pulldowns for the pull ups - :love: lat pulldowns! :-D Heck, I might even piece out some P90X workouts - with Tony muted, of course!!
