Cathe's basic step, again

I hadn't done this for a while, but it's one of my favorites. I was supposed to

do a C25K tonight, but I just felt I had been neglecting other parts of the body

by concentrating too much on just running.

I got a good solid workout with this -- and this is one I couldn't finished when

I first started exercising. It seemed to take forever for me to get the

choreography down, and I was worried that I had forgotten it all. Nope! I went

through it with minimal stumbles, and felt well exercised rather than exhausted.

I will try to do the c25K tomorrow, but I had been " off " for a couple of days,

and just felt I needed more than just running.

I traded this one and am really regretting it... I did get something really good for it as I recall but... sigh. Great job though Indy!
