taught the 45 min class this am felt good as yesterday i felt icky most of the day. It may just be the weatherafter i did 100 crunches, plank and push ups using bike..trying to be healthy eating for bfast and lunch as tonight I cashed in my red carpet points and am going to be in the diamond club area for the nats game... pray for no rain and that i don't eat or drink too much free food :)judy
