Got up at 4:00 and finally did some much needed yoga, especially after running yesterday where the ole lower body takes a beating.  You do:mountain poserunners' lunge *(held for a long ass time, I might add)

Warrior 2side angle poseWarrior 1forward foldpyramidsupine hamstring stretch with a strapsupine adductor stretch with a strap4 pointed staff pose (yoga pushup)bridge poseshavasana.

Off to shower and work!  I'm in a new cube on a new floor with an even better view than I had before - facing the Willlamette River!
