You do:mountain poserunners' lunge *(held for a long ass time, I might add) Warrior 2side angle poseWarrior 1forward foldpyramidsupine hamstring stretch with a strapsupine adductor stretch with a strap4 pointed staff pose (yoga pushup)bridge poseshavasana.
