Guest guest Posted July 31, 2011 Report Share Posted July 31, 2011 AGAIN, I intended to lift some weights this morning. However, my joints in my hands and even forearms hurt so bad that I knew I wouldn't be able to hold a dumbbell. I can barely pour my tea in the morning ;( GRRRR... So, with that said, I think I need to give up on lifting again until after BG is born. We'll see though. I was dragging a bit on the treadmill this morning. But, still got a good one in. I brought a catalog to look at today, that seemed to work out well, since I didn't have to read, but could look I don't allow myself to look at it until the 15-minute mark though  I jogged on and off the last 5 minutes, but struggled big-time. Yesterday I held a steady pace. Today, I had to take momentarily breaks often. I shut the treadmill off at 30.13 and I had went 1.7 miles. I burned 379 calories with my average at 130. DH is leaving again for stormwork. Wow. Four hours away. I refuse to have him miss making the good money when it could still be 3 weeks before I deliver. So...crossing fingers that I can get a hold of him and he makes it home in time SHOULD I go into labor. He left extra numbers for me to call too.
