Hi Everyone,

Well, Saturday a.m. I had some errands and then DD had a nature class (nature journaling) that I had to take her to - which was fun for both of us, then it was off to the bookstore to pick up some books for our summer reading list (I'm so proud of my DD she is such a reader - she is about half-way through Black Beauty and we just got it yesteray - love that the classiscs are lower in price than the newer paperbacks). So, pretty much Saturday was a non-workout day. I also wan't overly active unless you count walking around a bit at the nature center, but it wasn't exactly aerobic paced!Today, I got back at it. I did 10 lb slimdown total body blast (I upped my weights!) and I also added on one from Whtimarsh from Exercise TV. A 20 min cardio/sculpt workout. Quite good! I can feel that my stamina/endurance is returning. I wasn't feeling overly strong last week with these - wonder

why? But, today was a good day. I also added on AM Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss w/ Suzanne Deason. Great yoga practice!

It looks like Exercise TV is taking off some of the 10 lb slimdown workouts this week which bums me out. I hope they put them back up so I can finish my rotation. I know I could buy them, and I have the 30% off coupon, but I'm really trying not to spend a lot (surprise medical bill just came in and my DD has her first orthodontist visit this week) and as much as I like these workouts, I'm not sure I *must* have them for my collection. Don't get me wrong, they are good, but....my collection is huge and once I finished this rotation I probably wouldn't get to them again any time soon - so.......of course I have my dilemma - spend now while they are on sale, or not.....

Also thinking of some different rotations - I'm going to have about 30 minutes extra each morning - camp starts later than school, so I was thinking of trying to find some longer workouts that I struggle to fit in during the school year into my plan. Still thinking about that.
