Supposedly core is going off exercisetv tomorrow - so I switched things around a bit so I could get it done today and I will do the scheduled lower body workout tomorrow or the next day. I also did yoga from Yoga Complete for Every Body - I did a 30 min practice for "self esteem" - not quite sure why it had that title, but it was a good general practice. Although the brief sun salutation series was not in synch w/ the voice over - but I just followed the voice cues and was fine.
