I was wondering what safe vitamin suppliments one can have to help

liver and fight out fatigue and grey fog. Vitamin C is one with divided

opinions. Can some please body suggest with dosage.I dont have milk

thistle avaiable here. Only vitamin suppliments are avaiable.

Hi Venod Well,, you would sure need to talk with a health care professional to know for sure what YOU should take and at what doses.. Everyone is different.. BUT,, the one thing we all will say is that NO iron, many supplements have iron so make sure whatever you take has NO iron in it unless YOUR Doc has checked your ferritin levels, total iron binding percentages.. they cannot tell if you are anemic from lack of iron unless they do the ferritin levels, they cannot tell by your hemoglobin or your red blood cell count.. mine were critically low and yet my ferritin (iron) lever was over 700 and that was extemely high... So ,, while I am a big proponent of natural health ,, I cannot becasue I dont know you personally, nor do I know your entire health history give you more advice other than to make sure whatever you take has no iron... What I will say is that there are many good books out there to help,, Dr. Palmer has a good book

on Hep c but she is not a proponent of natural health, she only supports the chemicals.. Im sure someone will come along to tell you about other books for vitamins, THE ONE I LIKE is called "The Antioxidant Miracle" by Lester Packer.. That is one that I trust FOR ME.. but each person has to read and decide for themselves.. Best of luck hon jaxvenod wrote: HiI was wondering what safe vitamin suppliments one can have to help liver and fight out fatigue and grey fog. Vitamin C is one with divided opinions. be aware also that vitamin A/Beta-carotene can be difficult for a sick liver

to handle. I think it depends to a great deal on how far along the damage

is. Vitamin A and Beta-Carotene (the precursor to A) are toxic to my liver.

I can't even eat a baked sweet potato anymore. A loss I mourn.
