I started with a short yoga routine using a chapter from Core Vinyasa (anyone have this DVD?). This was about 14 minutes. Then I put in a Traci Long workout and did the abs section. She uses a med ball, which I like since I don't get to use it too often. I'd like to find a little heavier one, maybe just a pound or two more. This one is 2 lbs.
