This evening I FINALLY got to do my newest yoga DVD Trudi Styler's Warrior Yoga. There's the full workout and the express. I did full workout which was 50 minutes.

I can't decide if I like this one or not. It wasn't terribly hard, but I wasn't clicking with it for some reason. Maybe it's the way the routine is made up. They do one whole side for the first half and then repeats it on the other side. Plus, they do each thing like 3 times in a row. It seems to take forever just to get side one done and then you know you got the whole other side to do. I liked the poses and they had some nice stretches. I'm going to do the "express" next time and see if maybe doing the whole thing was what bothered me so much.

Glad I got to finally do it.
