He's watching the MLB All Star Game and I'm in the room playing with the computer but on the commercials I'm having him get up and we're walking a la (I'm calling out movement changes and saying "Walk, walk, walk, walk!") and doing some strength moves too (squats, lunges, curls, presses). I've always said I would do this and never have but I really want a sticker! I didn't get up early enough to work out earlier and really don't want to do anything downstairs at this point (it is 10:30 PM) so commericals are good. Lucky for DH though, I'm going to go to bed soon and he won't have me to boss him around ('cause he won't do this on his own at this point but he is very agreeably going along with it right now, I even had both kids doing it on one of the commercials, then they had to go to bed).
