I'm not sure I've done this one before. It'sa much easier workout than a normal kettlebell workout. But, so easy tomake more difficult with a heavier bell.. and a good chance to use heavierbells. With that said, I didn't heavy-up, and felt I went at a perfect paceusing my 25 for everything. This is just a 20 minute workout... Anotherone I need to remember for later on when I have a few more inches on mybelly..ugh..In order to meet my 30-minutes, I put in Firm's Calorie Explosionafterwards. This is the first time I have even taken it out of thewrapper. I was intending on doing just 12 more minutes, but when I chosethat section, it also included a nice warm-up which was kind of intense forme, and the cooldown.. So, another 20 minutes in total. I enjoyed this onetoo, but modified a bit here and there.Anyway, a perfect day where I feel plenty worked, but not totally wipedout. I shut my HRM off at 40 minutes and burned 431 calories with myaverage at 131.Another busy day today. I have a new client coming this evening. I need tomake sure all my stuff for an assessment stuff is out and refresh my memoryon what I'm doing too! Also have to go register the boys for swimminglessons after school. Ugh..
