Guest guest
I loved this video! I always wondered about the halo traction myself and it's so nice to see that the kids are ok, more than ok... he was happy and had some quick moving "Happy Feet"! Not having to deal with gravity holding him down was very freeing and the results are amazing. He went from 95 degrees to 45 degrees. He did not get any headaches (except for the day it was put on) the only lasting effects are the scars from the pins. Here is a video of my son in halo traction.... you have to watch til the end to see how amazingly comfortable he was in traction. http://www.onetruemedia.com/shared?p=1bee26526cfb02fff33e3d & skin_id=1009 Connie [infantile_scoliosi s] Halo Traction Has anyone had to go through halo traction with there child? My son finally got into St. Louis Shriners and his curve is at 110. So the doctor said that halo traction first and then surgery b/c his back is so bad. I was just wandering if any parent has already gone through that and if there is any lasting problems like headaches or anything.
