Yesterday I did 10 mins on the recumbent bike, morning and afternoon for a total of 20 mins. Today I did the upper body and stretch segments of the 10 Min Solution Pilates dvd – ow! Just 2 lb weights and I’m already feeling it in my shoulders. A good dvd, this one. I might get on the bike this afternoon, but I don’t want to push my fussy hips (to use your term, ). Speaking of – Missy, I do not want to hear of you climbing over trains again – that’s dangerous and you know it – and we love you too much to lose you. And you have a Man to think of now, too. Also it’s kind of hard to run with only one leg, should a boxcar take one off for you.How can you tell I’ve lived with 3 kids around trains? That’s my mummy lecture for the day. :- ) in Sask
