I'm this plastic surgeons first Sculptra > recipient, is he doing something wrong? YES. I've had both Sculptra and Bio Alcamid. Both doctors gave me anasthesia the first trip around the face to make the next round of shots painless. A whole bunch of doctors have just recently jumped onto the Sculptra bandwagon, so it's not surprising some don't know what they're doing. And I would definitely say that being insensitive to your pain in the process qualifies as " not knowing what he's doing " .
