Guest guest Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share Posted July 12, 2011 Yeooooww!!!! Sheesh! You wouldn't think an added 30 SECONDS to each run would account for much -- but, man, I felt it!! I boogered up the 4th run, but kept with all the others. Me thinks me gonna die!! I had to run on the treadmill, as the outdoors are just too hot and sticky for me. Remember, I'm an old fart with northern Celtic heritage. We don't take heat all that well...Heck, even the dog training rooms are air conditioned! Sweaty all over now, which make the poison ivy all up my legs itch like mad!! It's a mild case, but it still itches!!
