Hi all, I am so excited that Darcy had her bg. Do we know the name yet? Today is my last day of vacay, back to work tomorrow. Here is what I did today.

Today I did Amy Bento's Kettlebell Dynamics workout 3, using a 20 lb. bell, plus the stretch and abs portions. I also did Trudie Styler's Warrior Yoga, the 45 minutes workout. I really liked both of these workouts. I may do the express 25 min. version of the yoga one tomorrow so that I can call this DVD done. Have a great day all.
