Here is what I did today. Today I did Amy Bento's Kettlebell Dynamics workout 3, using a 20 lb. bell, plus the stretch and abs portions. I also did Trudie Styler's Warrior Yoga, the 45 minutes workout. I really liked both of these workouts. I may do the express 25 min. version of the yoga one tomorrow so that I can call this DVD done.
