That's what I want to do the rest of this year and next year..is to do a bunch of rotations with stuff I all ready have. I have workouts and no one here has and it would be fun to do them and review them for you all. We should make a pledge to do rotations and limit new purchases...what do you think? I don't want to follow the rotations as written by Beachbody though because I get bored easily...I would rather do a Debbie theme, a Chalene theme a Tony theme etc... Jen

I only got through half of this tonight because of time constraints, but I'm sore from that! It has a 15 minute warm-up, 39 min workout and 6 minute cool down. The warm-up is a workout in itself, mostly stretches and holding positions. I haven't been doing this sort of exercise lately, and I had a hard time with burn! The movements are done slowly with a lot of control. I think he did a very good job warming up both upper and lower body, while reminding you to keep your core firm. The first 15 minutes were done with bands, and since I don't have any, I used 3 lb weights. We did squats, lunges, then presses and bicep curls, and some triceps. Legs and arms were pretty tired by then, and that's about the time I needed to stop. He was getting ready to transition to dumbbells.I'll try to get in the second half later this week. Overall, I liked it. It was fast enough to keep me from getting bored, and slow enough for me to

keep up (barely at times!) I did not seem to get my heart rate very high at all, and only burned 308 calories for the 30 minutes according to my HRM. I liked his overall style. About the only negative I saw was that the backgrounders all had painted-on smiles. You could see struggle in their eyes and gritting teeth, but they kept smiling for the camera! But I see that in a lot of DVDs.Indyrose
