Even though I was determined to get a workout in, I woke up at 3:30 unable to sleep.  I stayed in bed until 4:30 before giving up.  Drank my tea... was starving by about this point, and nearly talked myself out of a workout.  Had to even clean up water AGAIN in the basement. However, I managed to get one in!!  Soooo happy and feel great that I did.  I have missed a good solid strength workout.  It's been a bit since I have done one.  Anyway, I gave myself permission to modify when needed, but didn't need to much at all.  I even laid on my back for the chest work and ab-work.  However, I used my step for the ab-work w/ 2 risers.  Wow, my belly is huge when laying on my back...LOL...  I didn't get dizzy whatsoever, which is what they say COULD happen.  If you get dizzy, you simply change positions.  Anyway, In the end at 41 minutes, I had burned 377 calories with my average at 120.

Oh, and when we were camping this weekend, I didn't quite get a formal workout in, but I did bike a couple of miles, swam, and walked quite a bit too, so I'm counting all that activity as one day in my workouts I'm tracking.  I think that's pretty fair?  I would never count it if I weren't pregnant, but considering... I think it could be one workout anyway and am marking it as one on my tablet.
