Awesome work, Jen!  And I won't be doing a video rotation for awhile either - too much running and workouts with Noel keep me from being committed to one at this time.  It's all good!  Whatever works!

I did two long walks outside today and reached my goal of 10,000 steps for the day!Walk 1 - 54 minutesSelf 1998Month 3 Week 2 Workout 3 - Interval walk

Thanks ! I'm planning to walk this extra weight OFF. I've been logging my food on myfitnesspal.com and tracking my steps and miles on my fit bit...I LOVE both of those techi things! I'd rather start a video rotation when I'm really motivated to do it, not when the great outdoors is calling to me.Happy running and lifting with Noel to you! How is the man in your life? Jen

Good for you for tracking the calories!   It's what I need to do and am going to hit hard after vacation. The man?  It's pretty much over, for now anyway.  He's not coming after all, long story.  I'm kind of relieved, actually, and I'm not sad.  After all, I still have Noel!  :) 

I have a date on Thursday with a guy my age who likes to rollerskate and he's very cute!!

Hi Jen!Might as well enjoy the good weather and get outside as much as possible while you can - the good thing about DVDs/videos is they are always there waiting for you when you are ready (and if you run into a patch of bad weather this summer you can visit with them any time!)
