I just got done doing the new Turbo Kick routine, Round 46.  I LOVE THIS ONE!!  Lots of creative choreography to go with dynamite music! punches:4 quick jabs right, speedbag2 regular jabs right, then jcjc centerstep upper x2, step hook x24 high punches, 4 low

B) pump pump cross cross zigzag, knee4 plyo jengas, 2 jacks, 2 speedbag jackskicks:speedbag around, uppercutdouble bob block2 front kicks, 2 backleft knee, left side kick, left knee, right roundhouse

B) clock work 12 & 9, then singles4 leaps, 2 left knees, 4 crossespunches and kicks:2 left knees, 2 right kneesleft knee, high punch low punch, ski left4 uppercuts backwheel right to an uppercut

front kick, back kickb) jab r, roundhouse at 12:004 crosses up, zigzag in place4 crosses back, double slap down, jump up!turbo is.... turbo!  I'm not going to spoil it for you, so there!

I

look forward to doing the round in its entirety tomorrow.  My body is feeling a bit run down today, my legs are still sore from Tuesday (thanks, Noel!) and yesterday's chest and tricep work with him is starting to creep in, and somehow I managed to work my calves pretty hard too and I'm wondering if that's not from walking barefoot a lot this week in my Vibrams?Today was payday so I was finally able to go grocery shopping at Winco, who only takes debit / check.  I stocked up on lots of healthy eats and spent the day cooking and I always really enjoy this ritual!  I AM READY TO GO with this diet!  I've

eaten well today but I'm not officially starting til Sunday.  Today I prepared / have on hand to grab:boneless skinless chicken breasts in crock pot w/fat free broth and an onion

radish snack packs

salads

fat free greek yogurt w/red grapes

red bell peppers (I eat them like an apple, love them)

extra lean ground turkey burritos on low carb tortilla w/fat free cheesesweet potatoes

bought more shrimp

bought more tilapia

fat free cottage cheese

made some herbal and black iced tea

It's nice to just be able to grab and go and after a week of partying and eating out it feels very good to be eating clean again.

I go back to work on Monday and resume my quotidien existence.  However,

I'm still ready for an Adventure to happen.  I have no idea what this Adventure will be but I can feel that it is imminent.  Something exciting will happen in the next few months.  I can

just...tell!

Here's to the weekend!

Great job, ! And, I also like to have food on hand to grab and go. I wash and chop up veggies and fruits a couple of times a week to have snacks and lunches ready to go. I have to try radishes the way you eat them! I like them, but never think about having them on their own. I also eat red peppers like that. My DD got the healthy snack award in 2nd grade b/c she always brings in yogurt, fruit or veggies to snack on at school.

I hope your Adventure is right around the corner! :)Donna
