I have been working out at the gym, riding my bike, doing sit ups. working out with weights. Yeah baby Janet is going to be all buff and stuff. I think a lot of it is my attitude. I am just so dang glad to be off the treatment. LOL But mostly I just feel better. I am back to my old spunky self. Love JanetHunter wrote: It's true Dennis. I still have alot of the symtoms from treatment ..And of course I got treatments friend of Fibro.. I am assuming that it differs for each person..I would of rather not of goyton fibro but the tx added years to my life..so I am satisfied what what i got now..
