Another workout that I knew would be super repetitive. I was glad this one only had 2 step sections because probably hard to believe, but this workout is even more repetitive then Step Jam, at least to me. I liked the ab section. It was short and mainly focused on the upper abs, but I got a really good burn. This ab routine could definitely be done with the stability ball. I burned 426 calories.
