Guest guest
Faye, Thanks so much for the info on adrenals and unithroid. I have also been very concerned about the stability/potency problems that synthroid has had. frankly, i find it unbelievable that they are still allowed to produce the drug with such a track record. is unithroid brand or generic? i thought it was brand, but it's coming up as " generic " on my benefit plan listing. i've been thinking of asking my doc to switch me to something cheaper than synthroid anyways. unithroid would save me $86 a year, even on my insurance, which is huge. why pay more, especially if something else is more stable? i'd rather not ask for levoxyl, since it's been so unstable too. any other reccommendations? r.
