Wed - TM and PM Yoga

Hi Everyone,

Today was more TM (another TM routine I clipped from Shape Magazine) and I did Element's PM Yoga from AM/PM Yoga. I tried to do Trudie Styler's Warrior Yoga - but it just didn't click. I can't put my finger on what it is about these workouts - they aren't bad - I just don't feel the love- I tried the matwork Pilates (I do like the Pilates/Sculpt routine) and didn't like that one either. I think for yoga, at the present time, I need to avoid some of the flow practices and stick w/ slower paced practices that hold poses for a longer amount of time and focus more attention on detail and form. I did just a few minutes of the Express Workout and found it wasn't for me - so I switched to PM Yoga - which was great - gentle and very relaxing.

I may try the Warrior Yoga again at some point - I borrowed it from the library. Maybe once I've done yoga a bit longer and w/ more consistency I can try it again
