OMG, you aren't kidding. I got mixed up on a lot of it the first time. After seeing her do it about twice I could do it. She just goes from one exercise to the next so quickly and it's not your basic stuff. I still like her a lot and she's a great instructor, always has been. > *Traci has such unique moves. I'm not sure how she comes up with> all this stuff.i hear you! the good thing is that she is good at cueing. if she wasnt then her workouts would probably be impossible to follow.:*carolyn.
