I have this series but haven't done them yet (what else is new). , would you say you get good burns from them?

 

OMG, you aren't kidding.  I got mixed up on a lot of it the first time.  After seeing her do it about twice I could do it.  She just goes from one exercise to the next so quickly and it's not your basic stuff. I still like her a lot and she's a great instructor, always has been.

No, not really. In this one there wasn't as much cardio as I had liked. I get my big burns from long straight cardio workouts.

I have this series but haven't done them yet (what else is new). , would you say you get good burns from them?
