Guest guest Posted July 20, 2011 Report Share Posted July 20, 2011 I normally don't reach for Austin workouts but I wanted a circuit workout and my workout log notes told me I really liked this so I did it today. It was as good the 2nd time around as it was the first! is not so "y" in this. Maybe because she's working too hard to talk constantly and say things like "burning some butter" over and over, I know I was! The cardio was the best part, the weights eh. I think if I go heavier next time (I went with 3s because the box or something suggested that) it would be better. 10 Pounds Slimdown arrived this morning as I was heading out for work and I'm previewing it now. I might one or more of the workouts tomorrow. Of course, Thursdays and Fridays I generally have lots of time for a workout so a 20 minute one isn't as appealing but we'll see. My daughter and her friend are "watching" with me but they're doing the exercises! Well, were, they lasted about a minute and a half and the other girl said "This is boring!" and took off. DH was bummed out we didn't walk last night but it was too darn hot and will be the next few days so I promised we'd do a walking video each night. I might slip in Madeline ' "Walking for Weight Loss" instead of one of those nights for variety and to expand his horizons! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
