Go ! Great goals, and congrats on the sticker. I think you're going to find that the alcohol limit helps a lot!

Hugs! Thanks ! I resisted all kinds of crap in the meeting room today, and I feel really good about that! (Croissants, pastry, soda pop, etc)I too am on a sticker program. When I don't drink 7 days in a row I get a sticker on my calendar. I finally got one! On day 8 I did have wine, but I've been good since. If I can limit it to one bottle of wine per week that's a huge step for me.

Looks great, ! that is wonderful too that the scale and you are getting along, especially right now! Your goal is super realistic too and you're well on your way to achieving it!

new workout rotation

Since tomorrow is my last day with Noel for awhile :( I have come up with a body builder type workout rotation and will continue with my marathon training:Sunday: morning 10+ mile run Monday: sleep in, biceps and optional kickboxing after workTuesday: run 4 miles during lunch, legs and extended stretching after workWednesday: spinning in the morning, chest and triceps laterThursday: run 4 miles at lunch, back and chest after workFriday: OFFSaturday: morning yogaI will listen to my body and take more breaks if need be, of course. I've been watching what I eat for 2 weeks now and I'm happy to say the scale is in my favor, and this is my fat time of the month! My goal is to be 30 lbs lighter by March, and nicely toned / defined. Hope everyone's week is off to a good start!
