Guest guest
it is not hard to make your own amasake - here that is the only option or the concentrate from japan which is very concentrated. In holland they sell jars of oat or millet or rice amasake that is very pudding like - people eat it right out of the jar thought they teacht to diluteit by half at the KI, add a pinch of salt and some kuzu which works better - you can add fruit or grain coffee or fruit spread to this pudding and have it hot or let it set int he fridge I wonder what the conversion ration is for the concentrate and the store bought ones in the US and Europe? I also think that Rice dream etc is halfway to amasake - i heard that they ferment it kinda with an enzyme - it is very sweet!
