Guest guest Posted June 18, 2011 Report Share Posted June 18, 2011 Yeah! Keep it fun!Two per day might be cool if you can do it without overtraining. Can one workout be a stretch or yoga workout? I find that yoga really obliterates my stress. It feels like I can breathe more deeply and stand taller. I got a workout in while DH went out for errands! This is the first time I've done a morning workout (10:00 AM) and I'm not sure how I like it. I'll know NOT to drink coffee right beforehand. I did a TJ Cardio Party. Chalene is a real favorite. I like a lot, too, for her upbeat attitude. I think I'll stick with the positive motivators for a while. While I like Cathe's workouts, she's a bit too serious when I need a bit of cheering up, like now. Who knows... maybe I'll start doing workouts morning and evening!
