I really wanted to do weights and walk today, but my HRM was in the gym, and it sounded like too much work to get it and bring it in the house (preferred weights first, or thought I'd be too tired for the walk).  So, I ended up getting just my walk in.  I might do weights tomorrow though.  We'll see.  At least upper body anyway.  I'm missing it!

Anyway, I attempted to read on the treadmill today, but it didn't work so well.  The pace I go requires my hands free and not holding onto a book.  I imagine if I put my tablet on the rest thing, I could enlarge the text and do it that way.  Might have to find something to read on my tablet and try that tomorrow :)  It was another good workout.  Can't believe I'm actually enjoying these!  :)  I jogged the last 4 - 5 minutes straight - felt great!  I shut the treadmill of at 30.06 and had went 1.68 miles.  Shut my HRM off at 36 minutes and had burned 413 calories with my average at 134.
